- Payment confirmation: our payment providers process your card. We receive confirmation, never the full card number.
- Usage data: device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To process payment, ship your order and keep you updated on it.
- To answer your messages at support@vornask.com.
- To detect fraud and protect the store.
- To send offers, if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share what is strictly necessary with the companies that make the order happen: our store platform, payment providers, carriers, and analytics tools. We also disclose data when the law requires it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, send it to you in a portable file, or stop using it for marketing. Write to support@vornask.com and we answer within 30 days. Your rights under the law of your own country of residence apply in full, including the GDPR if you are in the European Union.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe or ask us to.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure how the store performs. You can block them in your browser, though parts of the store may stop working.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If that happens, write to support@vornask.com and we delete it.

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
