Refund policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Delivery date is the one confirmed by tracking.
How to return
- Write to support@vornask.com with your order number, the item and the reason. Photos help when the item arrived damaged.
- We answer within 1 to 3 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in its original packaging, with the box and any documents that came with it.
Do not send a return before we confirm it. Parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
Condition of the item
The watch must come back unworn and unmarked, in the original box. Sizing adjustments that leave marks on the case or bracelet make the item non-returnable.
Refund
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method, in the currency you paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund. Write to support@vornask.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Return shipping
For a change of mind, return shipping is on you. For a defect or a mistake on our side, it is on us.
What cannot be returned
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
