Shipping policy
Vornask ships worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Processing
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays start on the next business day.
Delivery time
- Domestic: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and peak season can add days.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. It can take up to 72 hours for the first scan to appear.
Customs and import charges
Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. Where these apply, they are the buyer's responsibility and are charged separately by the carrier or customs office.
Address
Check your address before finishing the order. If it is wrong, write to support@vornask.com within 24 hours and we correct it if the parcel has not left. After dispatch, the address cannot be changed.
Parcel not delivered
If tracking stops moving for more than 10 business days, or shows delivered and you did not receive it, write to support@vornask.com. We open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
