These terms govern your use of the Vornask store and any order you place. By ordering, you accept them.

Who can order
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract where you live.
Products and prices
We sell watches and related accessories. Prices are shown in the currency of your market and can change without notice. Photos are taken in real light and colour may vary slightly between screens. Small variations in measurement between individual pieces are normal.
Your order
An order confirmation means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may cancel and refund in full if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud.
Payment
Payment is processed by our providers over an encrypted connection. We never store your full card details.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return is in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Warranty
Every watch carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement, from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, water damage beyond the stated resistance, or repairs made by third parties. To make a claim, write to support@vornask.com with your order number and photos.
Our content
Text, photographs and design on this store belong to Vornask and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
Governing law
These terms are read under the law of the country where Vornask operates, and your mandatory local consumer rights continue to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you order is the one that applies to that order.
